Our body goes from Arambavastha at the anatomy level. Further, it goes much deeper into Gatavastha, where our mind is affected by the changes in the body's reflective and meditative state. It goes further where your mind and body become one. When it gets integrated into Nishpattivastha, you have clear experiences of the asanas, and an asana becomes meditative.
