Founder & Coach
She is a multifaceted and talented woman with rare organizational skills. Growing up was a challenge for her with family issues, allergies, asthma, and weak physicality. Furthermore, being an empath with gifted Psychic abilities, she was inclined to mysticism and spirituality from a young age. Practicing yoga has been part of Sri Adriana's life since childhood. It helps her in overcoming self-limiting beliefs, insecurity, and negative emotions. She learned the Right Knowledge and the Wrong Identification she put on herself. Yoga is concentration. Yoga is unification. Understanding that to live here peacefully, she needs to accept everything as it is. The world doesn't have to be some other way or another for her to be happy. She realized that we are divine souls having human experiences. She has promised some people who helped her in her darkest time of life that she wanted to be well, so well, that she is no longer an issue. And she took this path of teaching yoga to thank them. YCB Ministry of AYUSH Level 3, RYT® 500 Yoga Alliance, Certified Advanced Yoga TTC 900 hours of The Yoga Institute Mumbai, India. She is a Reiki practitioner, Certified Master Life Coach, and Certified CBT & REBT Life Coach.
Gaurav is an actor and experienced international yoga teacher from Mumbai, India. Start his teaching career with the Yoga Training Program for Promotion of Health from MDNIY of India in 2010. Continue his passion for bringing yoga to not only corporate clients, Bollywood celebrities but also the home of householders like you and me. He Certified 900 hours Advanced Teacher Training from the oldest yoga institute of the world, The Yoga Institute Mumbai, in early 2021. He is Certified Level 3 of AYUSH Ministry and RYT® 500 of Yoga Alliance. Currently pursuing his M.A. in Yoga from Somaiya University. He was out in the world by himself by the age of 6 and lost his mother at 13. For the past 25 years, it's been an encouraging journey when you walk alone and make a positive change by yourself. He came from the countryside to live in the big city of Mumbai for the past ten years. He traveled to Hong Kong, the United States, and other countries, learning and sharing what he is passionate about and making a difference. He believes sharing knowledge and learning is very important at all stages. Life is a beautiful journey. Yoga helps a lot to make amazing transformations.
Divya is a mother of two growing teenagers, an entrepreneur, and a devoted wife. She built her successful beauty salon in Mumbai before leaving following her husband to Canada. Yoga is part of her daily routine to maintain good health for the mind and body. Yoga work at the subtler levels. You can see the benefits of it on your physical level. She starts yoga practice at the age of 10, on and off practicing throughout her life. She realized it helped her greatly in life, from teenage years to marriage, to pregnancies, to post-pregnancies, and now growing older. She has been so grateful to imbibed yoga as part of her routine and didn't encounter many health issues, including skin and hair problems due to pregnancies after doing yoga. Her motto is one hour of yoga every day, and you're covered. Your first duty is toward yourself, then to your dear ones, the family, work, and people around. It will not be possible to care for them if we are not well ourselves. Yoga is a preventive technique, and prevention is always better than cure. She has Certified 900 hours of Advanced Yoga Teacher Training from The Yoga Institute Mumbai, Certified Level 3 of AYUSH Ministry, and RYT® 500 of Yoga Alliance.
